4. Quotation Validity: Regular quotations are valid for 7 calendar days, and group buying quotations are valid for 3 calendar days. 1. 4. Proof of Payment: After completing the payment, the customer needs to promptly submit proof of payment (screenshots, receipts, etc.) to the AI assistant or customer service representative for our verification of the arrival of funds. 5.
